Such a great experience. The people there are wonderful and really try to make sure you are having the best time during your visit. We did the snowmobile tour and tubing - my advice is to dress in layers as it will get cold during the 3 hour tour (... a 3 hour tour). The views along the trail were amazing. Cal, Jake and Joe were all super friendly guides and made sure to stop in a big clearing to let us all have some free time on the snowmobiles. I HIGHLY recommend Saddleback Ranch ...and get the Frito pie for lunch!
My husband and I came to Colorado for our honeymoon and I’m so glad we found this amazing gem! We did the horseback riding tour along with the sunset snowmobile tour and we had the most memorable times there. We ended up coming back a couple of days later to do the snow tubing also and that was so much fun! Lydia and McCartney were the highlight of the horseback tour along with the horses we rode, Steel and Ted. They were so sweet, funny, outgoing and made it very special for my husband and I. Minnesota (Joe) was our tour guide for the sunset snowmobile tour and he was amazing as well! Very personable and outgoing also even when I got stuck in the snow going around a turn, he didn’t show any negativity while him and my husband pushed the snowmobile through the powder. We felt very welcomed and it was like a home away from home. The owner, we never caught his name unfortunately, was also spectacular. He invited us back out for the summer to do the cattle ride and we are excited to come back and see everyone! Thank you ALL for making our honeymoon so very special. 🩵
We had an amazing experience at Saddleback Ranch. We did the 2 hour snowmobile tour and the tubing on separate days. Really enjoyed breaking it into 2 days, the ranch is beautiful so we enjoyed coming back to it during our trip. Our tour guide on the snowmobiles was the best (Steven!). He did an amazing job…personable, gave great instructions and we enjoyed spending the tour with him. Recommend the 2 hour tubing also, it’s nice to take a break and grab a snack/drink in their cabin.
My husband and 6yo daughter did the 2-hr snowmobile tour and had a blast! Meanwhile, my 1yo son and I went to the snow tubing hill and took a turn on the green snow tube hill. It was fun! They also had a quaint lodge at the snow tube hill where we comfortably waited for our family to finish their tour. The owner’s son, Branson, also joined us for the day, and he was so sweet and nurturing of my son - the added warmth and hospitality from he and his family made the visit well worthwhile! My family truly enjoyed our experience here!
Have used them before. Everyone we've met who work there has been nothing short of kind, polite, and professional. The 2 hour excursion is good for 1st time riders to advanced. Our guide was "Minnesota" Joe, super nice and helpful.
In our party, we had one person who was blind. When we reached a very specific area on the excursion, Joe had the blind person drive with Joe sitting behind him advising him directionally. This was fantastic!!
We enjoyed the two hour snowmobiling tour with Steve on 2/03/24 and will come back again. We took our 3 year old and 19 year old sons and they loved it. We drive our AWD rental SUV and it was a little scary on the drive but they offer free shuttle pickup/drop off. On the tour, they have a big open space in the middle of your session where you can ride as fast as you please. We’ve been to other snowmobile tours where the entire snowmobile ride is driving to the top of a hill/mountain and riding back but this tour allowed us to let loose on an open field. The staff was very welcoming and made us feel safe the entire ride.
We had the best time. We did snowmobiling in the morning. Our guide was awesome. Let us stop for pics and then go fast in the open field. So fun. After we headed up the hill to the tubing. Kids had a blast. It was busy and lines were long but worth it.
My family loved our 2 hour snowmobile tour today! The staff was so friendly as soon as we walked in. Steven, our tour guide, did a phenomenal job. He was so nice and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. His energy is infectious. The trails and view were gorgeous. We were able to stop for pictures and even were able to open them up on a “raceway” which my kids loved!
